Phill Rawlins is an aviation consultant specialising in import and export of aircraft, temporary import and EU operations of non EU aircraft.

I offer advice to UK/EU AOC operators, both corporate & private US operators, manufacturers and global aircraft operators. My clients include UK and EU operators and businesses, US operators, global operators, major international trip planning providers, aircraft manufacturers, aircraft delivery operators, FBO's and airport operators.

I have delivered presentations and webinars on EU operations and customs formalities for the NBAA in the US and online and also consulted & advised US operators with respect to their EU flights, aircraft status and VAT regulations.

Having a close working relationship with UK HMRC & UKBA I have the experience to advise clients on compliance issues and have come to the aid of pilots when they may have fallen foul of errors with the customs status of their aircraft.

Additionally I consult to airport operators & owners to advise and assist them with Customs issues, regulations and applications for UKBA concessions and similarly acted as consultant to operators and service providers in respect of EU Transit regulations and applications for HMRC authorisations.

In 2008 Rade Aviation was established to offer flight support services and customs clearance procedures for aircraft. Rade Aviation still holds more HMRC approvals throughout the UK for aircraft clearance than any other company and can process all relevant procedures in house unlike most other agents.
UK coverage and approvals include the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
